Returns & exchanges
CUSTOMIZED /PERSONALIZED ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE . THERE ARE NO CANCELLATIONS OR REFUNDS GIVEN ON CUSTOMIZED/PERSONALIZED ORDERS.
If there is a problem with any of the merchandise purchased from my shop please let me know so that we can work together to reach a mutually satisfactory resolution.
If an item breaks within the first 30 days after item is shipped to customer, item will be replaced. Customer must provide a snapshot photo to validate the breakage claim.
My shop will refund or replace your item if it is broken during shipping AND you purchased insurance coverage.
Priority shipping with Insurance covers the cost and shipping of a DAMAGED or LOST item only .
Once payment is confirmed, items are ready to be shipped within 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS. Saturday, Sunday and major holidays are not business days.
The 3-5 business days DOES NOT include the time needed by USPS to process and delivery your package.
Personalized/Customized orders may extend beyond the 3-5 business days, depending on the amount of needed time to create your design.
ADDRESSES:
Items are shipped to the address listed on your Etsy account.
Any packages returned due to wrong or incorrect addresses will be reshipped at the cost of buyer...you must contact me with payment method and new address.
GIFTS: Many items are ordered as gifts, and I am happy to ship the item directly to the lucky recipient. Please provide the name and ship
Items are carefully packaged so that they are just as beautiful when you receive them as they were when they left my shop.

Please understand that I have no control over packages once they are mailed, shipping vary based on your location. The average delivery time is 5-15 business days for delivery, with that said, some deliveries may take longer to get through customs and be delivered to your home.

Custom/personalized badge reels are either black or white depending on what is in stock and coordinates with the design chosen. In some cases other colors maybe available. Please contact me with special request. Please note computer monitors vary and may alter the colors of the products.

If ordering a custom or personalized badge reel please ensure that the names and credentials that you providing are exactly as you would like them to appear on your finished product. We cannot be held responsible for errors due to misinformation provided by the buyer. However, if the error is on our side it will be corrected immediately.
